Yellow Tail Whisky Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon - Red Wine - Case2

Premium grapes sourced from across South East Australia were selected to craft a vibrant, rich and generous wine with flavours of ripe berries, dark cherries and hints of spice. Final ageing in Australian whiskey barrels added layers of complexity and subtle notes of malt, cigar box and honey. The resulting wine is well balanced with a long smooth finish. This wine has deep garnet in colour with distinct ripe varietal characteristics. Flavours of rich blackcurrant, black cherry and plum are complimented by hints of cigar box, malt richness and subtle oak notes. Full bodied with soft and supple tannins, spicy vanillin oak flavours, and a lingering soft and velvety finish. The additional ageing in whiskey barrels has imparted complexity and a richer, smoother taste. Made for enjoying with get-togethers with family and friends. Pairs nicely with red meat and red sauce pasta dishes.
